Symmetry Group Limited, a digital technology and experiences company based in Pakistan, has announced its acquisition of LogoDesignGuru.com Inc. (LDG), a US-based digital branding and technology firm. This acquisition is part of Symmetry Group's broader strategy to expand its international footprint and enhance its platform-led digital capabilities. According to ProPakistani, the acquisition is expected to generate revenue of approximately Rs. 200 million ($0.7 million) during the current year, with LDG already operating at a healthy level of profitability. The company aims to improve earnings further through 'cost optimization, operational efficiencies, and revenue growth initiatives,' as stated in their notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
