The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered the immediate reopening of roads blocked by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protests, expressing strong displeasure over the disruptions caused to public life. The court directed authorities to take action without delay and submit a compliance report by tomorrow. During the hearing, it was revealed that protests had blocked KP's entry and exit points for the past four days, significantly impacting citizens' freedom of movement and leading to tragic incidents, including the deaths of two individuals due to road closures. Justice Ijaz Anwar remarked, "It is unfortunate that the ruling party here is protesting [and] hurting the province’s people," highlighting the adverse effects of the protests on ordinary citizens.
