The investigation into the disappearance of Nancy Guthrie, the 84-year-old mother of 'Today' show host Savannah Guthrie, has taken a significant turn with the release of Carlos Palazuelos, who was detained as a person of interest. According to Geo Business, the FBI detained Palazuelos in Rio Rico, Arizona, approximately 60 miles south of Tucson, after conducting a search of his home and vehicle. Palazuelos, identified by his family, claimed his innocence, stating, 'I might have delivered a package to their house but I never kidnapped anybody.'
