Bisp Launches Dashboard For Benazir Nashonuma Programme Initiatives

The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has recently launched a real-time digital dashboard for its Benazir Nashonuma Programme, aimed at combating stunting among children in Pakistan. This initiative, inaugurated by BISP Chairperson Senator Rubina Khalid, is designed to enhance performance monitoring and promote data-driven decision-making in health and social protection sectors. Senator Khalid emphasized that the program has already reached over four million women and children, providing critical nutrition during the first thousand days of life. She stated, "This initiative will ensure better growth for children and addresses nutritional deficiencies among girls," highlighting the program's focus on improving child health outcomes (ARY News, February 24, 2026). Additionally, BISP has announced an increase in its quarterly stipend from Rs. 13,500 to Rs. 14,500 for Ramadan, benefiting around 10 million families (ARY News).
