In a significant legal development, a Lahore court has indicted the popular YouTuber Saad ur Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai, his wife Aroob Jatoi, and other co-accused in a case involving the promotion of online gambling. According to Pakistan News Index, the charges were filed during a hearing at the district kacheri in Lahore under the supervision of Judicial Magistrate Naeem Wattoo. All accused, including Ducky Bhai, appeared in court and denied the charges, which led the court to summon witnesses for the next hearing scheduled on February 23. The case, initiated by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), accuses the defendants of promoting online gambling websites through their social media channels, which allegedly caused financial harm to users, particularly the youth.
