The tragic incident involving the deaths of Sadia, a 24-year-old mother, and her 10-month-old daughter Rida Fatima, who fell into an open manhole near Bhati Gate in Lahore, has reached a legal resolution. The bodies were recovered after several hours, with Sadia's found late at night and Rida's discovered the following day. Five suspects, including Project Manager Asghar Sandhu and Contractor Company’s CEO Salman Yasin, were initially arrested. However, as reported by ARY News, a local court acquitted these individuals after a compromise was reached with the victims' family.
