During this visit, Munir engaged in high-level discussions with various international leaders, including US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. According to Dawn, the discussions with Rubio focused on 'global and regional security dynamics and counterterrorism cooperation.' The meetings underscored the importance of 'promoting global peace and security through bilateral and multilateral dialogue,' as reported by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). Munir also met with German officials such as Interior Minister Alexander Dobrindt and Foreign Policy Adviser Günter Sautter, emphasizing contemporary security issues and bilateral defense cooperation.
