SHO Qutab Khan Dottani and a constable were injured while attempting to mediate the conflict. The SHO sustained a bullet wound in the leg, while the constable suffered a minor head injury. Both were treated at the district headquarters hospital in Wana. The police have registered a case and are investigating the incident to identify and arrest those involved.
